Having worked in the media industry for over 20 years, Dominique Rhéaume has been working as the first Head of Content at ICI Première, Radio-Canada’s radio station, for the past 5 years. Managing several teams, her mandate is to support them in content creation and editorial on a daily basis, while overseeing the professional development of her team members.
A great ally, she is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is at the heart of the development of the strategic diversity plan for the audio radio sector. Always on the lookout for ways to develop her leadership skills, she is currently an Executive MBA student.
